The True Colors Adventure begins with the Basic Awareness Seminar and/or Edutainment Event and continues with Advanced Applications, which include Teambuilding, Teaching/Learning Styles and Career Development (See information on Advanced Applications below.)

True Colors can present an Advanced Application Seminar for your organization, or a current Basic Awareness Facilitator may become certifed in an Advanced Application by attending a training seminar listed below.

The price per Advanced Application is:

For corporate trainers:  $795 per person and $1295 for two trainings when payment and registration are received 15 days prior to training. 

For schools, non-profit, government agencies and independent True Colors Facilitators:  $595 per person and $895 for two trainings when payment and registration are received 15 days prior to training.  

Meals, lodging, and travel are not included in the cost of registration. There is on-going cost for workshop participant materials. There may be a Brand Licensing Fee that applies to the facilitation of each Advanced Application seminar.  Contact us for details.

*True Parenting

Parenting is the most difficult and most rewarding job anyone will ever have. Respecting and cherishing each member of the family is imperative in creating a harmonious family life. When you understand your own temperament and the temperament styles of your children, you gain insight into how to parent each child in ways they will naturally respond to and accept according to their True Colors.

This dynamic, interactive training session will provide the tools you need to present a True Parenting Seminar. You will learn how to utilize practical and enjoyable activities to apply True Colors concepts to the difficult job of parenting. This is an excellent opportunity to help parents enhance their parenting skills in communication, motivation, discipline and building self-esteem!

True Parenting Certification Training guides parents through the True Colors process to determine the color spectrum of each family member. This information becomes a springboard for developing improved parenting skills, greater communication in the home, and more meaningful family relationships. Participants will receive a True Parenting Facilitator’s Guide and learn to present a True Parenting seminar.

Day 1:  Fundamentals of True Colors

• Identify your True Colors spectrum of personality traits.
• Build understanding and rapport with different personality styles.
• Recognize the values and motivations, joys and strengths, stressors and frustrations of each personality.
• Learn how to develop positive self-esteem in self and others.
• Understand a better way of communicating and relating with others.
• Learn more about understanding yourself and others and appreciating the differences.

Day 2:  True Parenting Topics

• Discovering your True Parenting style.
• Sharing parenting with other adults in the family.
• The family “Rainbow” of True Colors.
• Parenting your child in the appropriate way to match their colors.
• Improving relationships of couples.
• Improving sibling relationships.
• Developing parental skills in communication.
• Developing parental skills in motivating.
• Developing parental skills in disciplining.
• Building family esteem.

Participants do not have to be True Colors Facilitators to become certified in True Parenting. The price for the two-day True Parenting Certification training is $695, if received 15 days before the date of training. If registration and payment is received after the 15 day deadline, the price becomes $750 per person.
For individuals who are already certified as a True Colors Facilitator, the price is $495 for the Day 2 session, if received 15 days before the date of training. If registration and payment is received after the 15 day deadline, the price becomes $550 per person.

Teaching/Learning Styles

This exciting, interactive seminar helps teachers and presenters to become aware of different teaching styles and how to encourage learning and achievement. Participants will be able to utilize and present True Colors as an effective tool in the teaching process by clearly understanding the learning styles of different personality and temperament styles.  Key benefits:

True Coaching

True Coaching offers you an opportunity to learn how to help parents, coaches, administrators, and athletes learn to work together, to bring out the best in each other, to learn what motivates each individual, and to begin to solve some of the major issues in the sports world – lack of sportsmanship, violence at sporting events, keeping kids out for sports.

Not everyone participated in athletics or feels comfortable in that realm.  But True Colors provides a language base that we can all use to speak to a group that otherwise might feel foreign to us. True Coaching provides the information, the language, the exercises, and years of experience of the authors (Personal Perceptions Northwest) so that you, too, can bring this important True Colors experience to this market.  You don’t have to be a parent to teach True Parenting.  You don't have to have a life filled with conflict to teach Conflict Resolution  You don’t have to have been an athlete to teach True Coaching.  You just need the information and strategies presented in this class.  You will find that coaches, athletes, parents, and administrators are searching for an edge, a way to perform their part of the athletic experience just a little bit better.
